This is just my opinion:
You got no choice, man; just suck it up for now. After you're married, you'll have a bit more say in, well, basically everything. But why risk hurting/distancing/alienating your kick ass fiancee? Her friend's a cunt, sure, but being a godmother doesn't mean jack. She'll be forced to buy your kid a present on his/her birthday, if that.
If anything, tell your girl that it's difficult for you with the BF and that, at the most basic level, you want to make sure you have your space if you need it. I mean, be sure you have boundaries. The BF doesn't come over at random hours, or spend huge quantities of time with you guys, or invade personal space/room, correct? You'd have some room to negotiate there, but otherwise, let your girl have an idiot friend. It saves you from having to listen to the boring shit that inevitably comes out of girls' mouths (no offense to the females in the room). That's why you have your best friend as well.
For paybacks to the BF, you could just be nasty around the girl. Fart, burp, whatever. That might encourage her to leave. Hah.
