International law dictates that for porn on the internet, you have to be at least 18.
Also, the age of consent is not the same as the age at which pornography is allowed to be produced. A 16 year old can take a picture of him/herself naked and keep it for private use, but the second it goes to someone else, it's distributing child pornography. Even though the age of consent is lower, you still have to be 18 to be in any form of pornography, amateur or otherwise. There's reason why there aren't any magazines with amateur or professional images of naked 16 year olds.
However, if you're so certain that you can do it in the UK and Canada and reside in such a country, I suggest you go to a police station with a collection of pictures/videos of naked 16 year olds, see how long it takes before you get arrested.
