WHERE HAS ANONIB.COM BEEN?
In addition to the $20,000 overage fees, the following is where anonib.com has been, and why.
1. The site was shut down and servers confiscated because RackSpace suspected that child pornography was located on the server.
2. Anonib does not condone such behavior and will cooperate fully with the FBI in their investigation, should they see fit to do so.
3. The anonib administrators will block any and all users who attempt to post anything even questionable in this area.
4. It is a shame that the abuse of this space has now ruined the usage of what is otherwise a free space for the expression of views and opinions for over 100,000 visitors a day.
5. Anonib is dedicated to continuing to provide you the means for expression and is working diligently to develop an alternative, even if it means starting from scratch.
6. If you have ideas or suggestions, or better yet, the skills or talents to help us in this endeavor, please contact us at the www.anonib.com/newsuggestions/ Stay tuned, we will be fully functional again in short order.
7. Thank you very much for your continued patience and please tell the world that we are back!

I hope I live to see the day when people can travel into space and create a new type of internet service free of any government control.

When something so little lets them ruin so much =| , I can only hope to create something beyond their reach.

So I made a board and some asshole keeps posting links to viruses and I've banned him and taken out the links from his posts but want to add the "(USER HAS BEEN BANNED FOR THIS POST)" at the bottom in red text. What code do I use to do this? Thx.

here is the thing most of you cant get right your heads, as far as the law is concerned under 18 nude = Child porn, so the only teens you can post are 18 and 19 years olds any thing younger will get you a ban, we don't care if you are under 18 your self,damn depending on your state if you are under 18 you cant even be on this site so stop with the stupid ass argument about "i want to see girls my same age"

If you can argue the image is of 18 year olds you could get of scot free after a lengthy case and the FBI would be more likely to pursue a child rape case and some 16 year old slut posting nude pictures on the internet.

Rule of thumb don't push it.

You brought it on yourself. You are initially at fault for posting personal images of yourself under your own will to the internet, ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET, there is no safe place to post without them getting out. They can't trust friends or family because they ARE the first ones to distribute.
A "but NO ONE told me" is an outright lie, this "DO NOT POST" advice is all over the web, in pamphlets and newsletters, repeated at schools, and BROADCAST ON TELEVISION in many states.
If they don't want their pics posted elsewhere, PSed for nudity, or otherwise made PUBLIC TO THE ENTIRE MODERN WORLD on every continent and in most countries, then DO NOT POST PERSONAL PICTURES TO ANY WEBSITE, BLOG OR HOSTING SERVICE, you […]

I think the greatest threat to you is yourself, because anyone with two brain cells together would have realized that posting compromising pictures of oneself on the internet is a Bad Idea.

You can complain and threaten all you want, but unless you destroy every server and computer in the world that your picture has passed through, it's never going to go away. Someone out there is going to post it again and one day your children will look at you with confused eyes and ask "Mommy, are you a slut?"

I would suggest moving to another state, changing your name, and getting some serious plastic surgery if you really don't want to ever be bothered by this again.
