Hang on to both. macs are awesome in ways of downloading. hey look no virus or spyware shit . great for design and creation of videos and images. Pc you want to keep for gaming definately. Unfortunately not too much out there for games as far as mac goes. Macs work straight out of the box and pc's you have to run program setups and this this and that and it gets kinda anoying. so i would say keep both if you can.

Keep your pc and install Ubuntu as a dual-boot option.
You've got windows for gaming, and safe virus-free everything else on linux.

Mac is okay if you have an IQ of just 101 and enjoy being a homosexual.

The only reason people have a crazy idea that Mac is better at audio/video editing (when its not, anymore) is because in the early days mac went towards media, thus becoming the industry standard.

Microsoft over took mac at audio/video editing a long time ago but the old days still stick with people, 'tech savvy' people know the difference though.

Linux isnt well known for video and audio but Avatar recently used linux to for making textures and 3d modeling, and rendered the final film.
